THEME CHANGES

Theme of the blog has changed over the time and its high time I said what has been going on in order to reflect the change of theme. Its called undergoing through a revolution like one on-course for our dear country. its so longer business UN-usual (yah I mean just that). Reason I say this is because we have already identified the problems that are ailing us  as  couples,  citizens, friends. Family, so its time to act on and no cry baby or activism, its each and everyone to rise up above safe havens or comfort or basically rigidness to change.(like our current fallen *heros* I guess the almighty just took them to avoid them making it more difficult to change or be in situations worse  than ‘multiple organ failures’ rather allow change to take over grudgingly. You know if there’re people who would sing, "I run newyork=kenya", its them, look from the point of tax levies through business empires they owned  or massive employment  opportunity they have created by either ill acquired or genuine wealth, lemmi not get into things not factual) its time to be part of the solution *BOTTOM LINE*.

So what,????!! I fight with PM does it mean am the first/last to have one, haven’t noone else ever researched about these family woes before and identified  its root causes of squabbles, and solutions? Yes,
there have been! It is time to break the manuals that have been used over time and hardly worked and change systems and approaches towards challenges. Example “the old golden tools of farming like forks and jembes that were here when *two cents* meant more than enough food on tables now cannot handle  growing economy and population to accommodate all its needs. So systems need get replaced in order to achieve that 2030 dream of food security. But hii ucapitalism perpetrated by a certain elites in leadership positions, that, “everyone work for whatever they need,”?......  there’re those who don’t have just the opportunity to rise above their inferiority complex, past injustices, emotional breakdowns, abject poverty, mind paralysis name it…... Sure there have been many success stories of rugs to riches example the current former minister with rugs to riches legacy (currently deceased) but you know how we have used systems we head to the benefit of thy selves  in the name, “man for himself others later!”?

Its an era of actions now with positivity and solution based, sio kuteta tu aty police corrupt and you first compromised him with the cash to cover his eyes and then go condemning whereas we/ you are part of the problem. It starts with changing the mindsets of you and i.

Theme changes as a result of change in mentality and movement from a certain phase of life where the eyeopening is involved in order to realize our full potentials. Without challenges many would remain as blind as bats! Its time to stop the venting and work on “WHAT NEXT” What’s the way forward??.

In life various phases will take place and its up to me to jot them down as they come, at the same time remaining relevant to the aim, that is of learning out of these experiences and helping my readership too feel at peace also, for my own daughter’s reference in future,(generational learning) Majorly for my own consumption but as I said earlier good readership is a good side effect. It’ll also be upon me to reflect back once in a while , “what was I thinking?” that’s good and possible in documented stuff.

Right now I am in a phase of optimism , open to new opportunities. No cry baby over ‘spilt milk, missed buses’ but rising above critical issues to solutions, putting focus and generally advocacy because it all begins with you and I to change mindsets of a whole society.

Though society still thinks of material gain as the *BACK-UP* to whatEVER you are saying in the name of, “wewe na hizo advocacy zako tuonyeshe umefika wapi?”they don’t know there’s richness of thought???...., I tell unto you too, “What/how does it fulfill a man to gain the whole world and loose his soul?”.

Isn't it amazing how people are free and open to talk about issues and speak out nowadays, of inequities,  oppressions, negative  ethnicity  and all, kweli chambilecho wahenga wa nyakanga hawakukosea waliponena, “amani haipatikani ila kwa ncha ya upanga”??? Since our previous blow-up of issues regarding all injustices that have happened in this country , negative ethnicity, inequities, social class disparities, marginalization, all in the name of P.E.V after incitements by a political elite in the name of “divide and rule”. We have been able to rise above that and we now speaking in one language of issues facing ordinary Kenyans irregardless whether its ‘their person’ in power! Rwanda has also been a very good bench mark of rising from nothings and wars.

Even if the current leadership does not leave behind any other legacy other than the Subaru one, as they leave the country to the revolutionists, visionaries, focused , vibrant, youthful at heart and mindful of other people, as a result of the freedom to speak out issues, there  will be the inevitable change by the end of this year and for that we’ll thank them. There’s freedom of speech, dialogues, open forums that is the stepping stone to the society we want in future and that is all we will thank them for and infrastructure improvement, at least they tried, right??.

In this world you don’t have  your way all the time in fact hardly do we, in a way you could say, “your happiness comes first”? NO!, rather its all about compromising in more ways than one (146 ways indeed)! In order to encompass all mankind as a way forward strategy, otherwise if we keep fighting for the unequally shared resources even you who have grabbed them for own consumption and comfort-ability, will not enjoy, for there’s always the danger  and fear of theft by those lacking better ways to earn a living and this since you’ve created no opportunities, another fear of being caught up by the law, nature’s way of disciplining one to acquire virtues and avoid ignorance like a guy I saw on TV who has really gone through major accidents just because of ignorance, every time Almighty using each as a lesson but he discovered too late(anyway story for another day!)…..alluta continua…..

ACCUMULATED THOUGHTS

As the paranoia sets (dont ask why) let me document this as accumulated thoughts because for sure the last 2 or 3 months i have really accumulated enough that i’ll beat to you just  small small, this more less too as life teachings released earlier. In numbering I begin.

  1.       There’s always  a spiritual attachment to most of the things mankind do, specifically sex.
  2. If you go looking for trouble you’ll definitely gerit but there’s always reason to look for it
  3.   Our actions do not necessarily get understood  by everyone , most times they are misunderstood so its gonna be “Live with it!”
  4. So in part, whatever possible be yourself and don’t do theings with intentions to please the masses but for the passsion and Almighty given capability never attention seeking, to prove a point, irritate others or any ingenuine reason.
  5.   When its not we undergoing a certain ordeal or situation we can never claim to feel the pinch exactly same as the other experiencing person, its more of  pretense.
  6. Never wait for anybody to save your life , everyone has his or her’s to worry about , own niche to build so before caring about your situations of problems (on very minimal accounts)its after accomplishing his own  or about to “use you” so don’t be frustrated (its just life) look unto the almighty only
  7. In life “pretenders are worse than murderers!”, they’re backstabbers cum close friends, spouses, never tell  as it is, smile  at you on the outside frown on the inside so in politics I’d also say we never tell the motives clearly till they are given jobs so I can say unto the youths , vote for your  fellow youths and give them jobs and go open doors for the rest but basically not expect too much you gave them jobs and its time to “make up for lost times” for ‘thy own first.’
  8.    Life has been amazing so far so good even the challenges become interesting  and joyous to overcome. Ever known there’s no phrase like ‘good old days’ its good new days  if at all. Think of it, is it that there were no similar challenges more so economic, for instance? But its how then you dealt with or adapted.
  9. In this life we all have the capacity to makr it big , it’s the magic , skill , almighty’s intercession that we are able to pull of to make it so.
  10. In this life contention and fulfilllment come in many ways and not only monetary, ‘Runda living’ you can name your own.
  11. Ignorange is quite expensive in literal terms, “asking is good not stupidity” still.
  12. sure there’s need to demistify marriage as a not so harsh embondage thing but its fun to be in and this more to men if only you married your best friends., isipokuwa tu ni mavuvuzela za matyme’ it is fun.
  13. bad news wil forever be hard to receive…
  14. In life you attract those that reflect you so if you a gossiper you always come across gossipers, drunkard, pot head name them, you’ll wonder why everyone you  associate with is so
  15. Shortcuts become longcuts in the longrun!
  16.    Nature has its own way of teaching you respect both for the almighty and other creations(including fellow humans environment and animals), honesty, courtesy and honour if previously lacking, Baraza is a witness. Woe unto you who get taught through a ‘baptism of fire’ so that you look unto him for intervention. Many I’ve seen trully seek the almighty in all religious manners they can think of be it moving from church to church just to seek that intervention and understanding 'why them'. But its all natural almighty way of equity and bringing people back to humility, thankfulness for whatever they got.

In my life I have been one lucky or do I say blessed?(credit to my almighty) thus latter , for he has hustled it all out for me , gives the desires of my heart made things go my way and forever grateful
14 .

LIFE TEACHINGS

·         In this life trust the almighty alone who’s the giver of destiny and no man at all. Put thee first in whatever you do or contemplate , he (if at all can be called as so)has fought the battles for you only wants you to reach out onto him and ask and this not by being all religious seeking him in a church but at the comfort of your spirit because its all spiritual and private. Whenever I got no food to eat, clothes, shelter for my family I call unto him and he gets me halfway ( I say this for he will either give my people the contention in whatever is available in relation to the situation or direct me to the God sent person, but the step’s gonna come from within thyself even if it’s the leap of faith)He fulfills the desires of my heart in whatever way
·         Dream big and wake up towards your focus and everything shall fall in place in a few years time I want to be very far.
·         A ‘right man’ and family is very important and that’s why Almighty gave you one irregardless whether biological or adopted i.e those that have been there for you no matter what, treasure them even though they hurt you learn to forgive them for there’s no man without inequities. In other instances when ‘push comes to shove’ learn to move on , even if its them hindering your goals. There’s no small shenanigans worth your time if obstacle towards your focus.
·         Try not focus on lost times , regrets, money lost but on the future which is so bright that it blinds my eyes.
·         Life is not a science its an art all we need is the artistic tools to manouvre around.
·         Whatever you set your mind to do you accomplish it.
·         In life you could fail being very wise and its all about the company you keep, have good and wise role models but be intelligent always. People are a resource
·         ‘When your star comes shining no one!! Shall block its rays’
·         Almighty allow the people I love and haters to live long enough to see my success and enjoy it . it could be in a way of giving back to society what it has given unto me.
·         Big up to all intellectuals of the world, they have made me one too and the only challenge with these people is they’ll want to use it with shortcuts towards success which at times becomes criminal i.e hacking into systems, mpesa thuggery.
·         The visionaries not politicians in our great country Kenya shall propel it to greater heights to the benefit of generations.
·         Life is about adapting to what it throws at you at times its not predetermined but an unpreventable occurrence like death of a guardian, and life for those left behind has to go on for they are the affected lot and coping is the only way, ref the old cliche ‘God does not give that you can’t handle’
   ·    Life’s not all about `living in the havens considered by many as the affluents’ background but by making your almighty given niche a havenly comfortable for you and its up to you to transform it to your liking and comfortability

THE NEW SCHOOL

I remember in high school i had the desire or urge to join, to be considered part of,  belong or conform to the sophisticated looking, vybing , just to feel the other side of life I didn’t belong to then, ( the more vital in adolescent stage and generally the human nature)  and I’d fake it  but coming to grow up i know better. As I may ‘pull a Miguna’, am no longer looking for acceptance in society. I now know that every human body has its own niche in this world that your creator designed right when he put you in your dad’s balls.

In today I see a lot happening in the same manner like getting crazy over some lyrical prowess, beats, hype I hear they call it riddims in the new school and you gotta be the coolest to hack in every single of them. We all get ‘used’ to that (if it’s the correct term to use) at some point  when priorities change but its no biggie atleast I will not pretend to my daug that I was not part of it like most of our folks do. It’s a stage/ phase/ season.

Its no longer, “I was always first in class affair!” that our folks memorized and perfected. I guess that’s why we getting into conflict with the older folks that brought us up as they see changes in every corner they look and just wish status quo could be maintained. Like what the old lady told me the other day as she had a momento of spending the festivities with her namie, “You had really 'naughtified' this daug of yours!” coming to look at it  I couldn’t pinpoint how I do that may be for the fact that, Computer, P.S, TV’s their growing up companion and we (the PM and i) don't mind it as it is watched sitted on the table , screen so next to her face that it hurts to think of spoiling her eyesight, but now the stages are increasing that that is in the meantime forgotten now its carrying teddy bears (totos).

Maybe we abit carefree in living our times in the name of ‘new school’.  But why the youth we want to capitalize on rebellion that our adolescent self created, maybe for the fact  the society’s giving us too much pressure to better ourselves and we give excuses like, no opportunities, we jobless, we not rising in our careers, pay cheque is minimal … bla bla…. We now want to revolt over everything be it political, socioeconomic environments……. (yenyewe mabuda wametukalia for long, compromising with small money, reprimanding us to act their way in instances, that’s why I feel the likes of ‘Sonko’ in their strategy in politics and we need such youths in this political year )

Pace is of the essence though to achieve whatever legally and in the Almighty's designed way , and whatever those old folks have to say maybe its from a point of information and we should atleast carry the positives in living our times . For now I know better, “things happen for a reason and for a season”. Soon we shall be the ones regarded as the old school.
